Sie müssen dafür das unten beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Das Widerrufsrecht gilt nicht für Softwarelizenzen und für schon ongeboardete Hotspots.
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.
Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und in jedem Fall spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf dieses Vertrags unterrichten, an CONELCOM ENGINEERING GmbH, Dr. Franz Werner Straße 32, 6020 Innsbruck, Österreich zurückzusenden oder zu übergeben. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Waren vor Ablauf der Frist von vierzehn Tagen absenden.
Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Waren.
Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day,
on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or has taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more goods as part of a uniform order and these are delivered uniformly, or
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods which are delivered in several partial consignments or pieces, or
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the first goods, if you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CONELCOM ENGINEERING GmbH, Dr. Franz Werner Straße 32, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, telephone number: 0043720500365, e-mail address: info@conelcomhotspot.com) by means of a clear written declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You must use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Withdrawal rights are not eligible for software licenses and already onboarded hotspots.
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to CONELCOM ENGINEERING GmbH, Dr. Franz Werner Strasse 32, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Thank you for adding Hotspot Apps to the cart. Here’s an important info:
Make sure that you don’t have any other product in your cart!
If you plan to buy Controllino Hotspot or Controllino Hotspot Pro, first order the products, and then make a new order for the Hotspot Apps license.
Otherwise, your license will be sent later when the products in your cart are sent as well.
We will be opening up Pre-orders for Batch 3 starting at some day next week, between Sep. 13 2021 and Sep. 19 2021. We will NOT publish the date and time beforehand for obvious reasons.

As most of you already know, we have now finished our successful launch campaign for Batch 1 and 2 through our waitlist.
